Today’s podcast features a recording of the live salon that was held on the day after Trump’s Insurrection. Only a few hours had passed since the middle of the night Congressional approval of Joe Biden becoming the 46th President of the United States. At the time of this recording, however, there was a great deal of uncertainty about were we would be heading in the days ahead. So that you don’t forget your own feelings at this precipitous moment in time, I’m playing this recording of what some of our fellow saloners were thinking then.

  1. I’m surprised to find this kind of title at the Salon. And disappointed.
If it were a real insurrection, it would end like the CHAZ zone. I’m lost for words at the lack of independent thinking that is usually strong in our community. And the first few minutes of the first interview, is definitely not a “psychedelic mind” point of view. I couldn’t make it through the entire cast, but I hope it wasn’t 90+ minutes spent in an echo chamber.

    An “attempted coup”, Lorenzo?
I was hoping by now, the psychedelic community held high the advice to think for ones self and question authority.
But it seems, as a community, we have lost our way and that critical doctrine clearly seems to be lost.
